PLACE AN ORDER
What payment methods do you accept?
At nomestore you can checkout using all types of credit and debit cards or using the PayPal Express checkout option. We do not accept direct bank transfers or cash on delivery.
How secure is my online order?
When you purchase online with your credit card, all your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are pre-authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
DELIVERY OF THE ORDER
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for order processing during holidays and selling seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of the order date and shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Our policy provides a 30 day deadline for returns. If 30 days have passed from the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
For different types of goods, returns are excluded. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns of intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases.
